The Empowerment Effect

is a non-profit dedicated to female empowerment, guided by resilient mentors within the vibrant Southern California women's ice hockey community.

"A mentorship program thought through the sport of Ice hockey."

The Empowerment Effect represents a non-profit mentorship initiative dedicated to supporting young females aged 7-16, ensuring inclusive access across all communities in the Los Angeles area. Our mission revolves around establishing a secure environment where girls have the opportunity to be empowered, fostering growth and confidence as they transition into engaged young adults. Guided by strong and passionate women from the local ice hockey community, our primary goal is to impart valuable life lessons, primarily through the sport of ice hockey, with the aim of contributing to the creation of a more positive and inclusive society.
