Help Us Give Back
The Los Angeles wildfires have deeply impacted our community, and within our close-knit hockey family, some have suffered the devastating loss of their homes. The Empowerment Effect, in partnership with the PlayLA Ice Hockey Tournament, is committed to offering support during this challenging time.

We invite you to nominate a friend, family member, or teammate within the Los Angeles hockey community who has lost their home due to the recent wildfires. Through the generosity of the PlayLA tournament proceeds, TEE will be awarding a monetary gift to deserving recipients to help them rebuild and recover.

This is an opportunity for our community to come together and uplift some of our own. Please take a moment to consider those in your hockey network who have been affected and could benefit from this support.
We have set our fundraising goal at $50,000 dollars, but with your help, we hope to surpass that so we can make an even bigger impact in the lives of the girls in The Empowerment Effect program, as well as in the lives of some of our friends and neighbors who lost everything this year. We can’t do this without support from the community.

Tell us who in the hockey community you want to see receive a gift from the hockey community.
